On the reaction day the stock moved 4.0 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The Board of Directors of Trust Fintech, at its meeting on 16 October 2026, approved amendments, alterations and additions to the main objects of the company. Since this is a change to the object clause, shareholder approval is required, so the Board decided to conduct a postal ballot through remote e-voting. The cut-off date to identify eligible members has been fixed as 16 October 2026. Mr Kaustubh Moghe, Practicing Company Secretary from Nagpur, has been appointed as Scrutinizer to oversee the voting process.
Shareholders will get a postal ballot notice and can vote electronically on the change to main objects of the company.
