The Board of Trustedge Capital Ltd (formerly Adinath Exim Resources Ltd) approved unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, along with a clean limited review report from statutory auditors M/s Mahendra N. Shah & Co. Revenue from operations dropped sharply to Rs. 13.31 lakhs in Q2 FY26 from Rs. 31.81 lakhs in Q2 FY25, while H1 FY26 revenue plunged to Rs. 23.51 lakhs from Rs. 169.95 lakhs in H1 FY25 — a steep YoY decline. Profit after tax fell to Rs. 1.16 lakhs (Q2) and Rs. 2.47 lakhs (H1) from Rs. 11.50 lakhs and Rs. 26.25 lakhs respectively, and total comprehensive income for H1 turned to a loss of Rs. 2.35 lakhs vs a profit of Rs. 133.09 lakhs last year. Total assets grew to Rs. 2,832.26 lakhs (from Rs. 2,311.81 lakhs) driven mainly by higher loans, while the company also completed a rights issue allotting shares in October 2025.
Sharp YoY decline in both revenue and profits signals weak operational performance in the NBFC business, which may weigh on the stock sentiment despite an improving balance sheet from the rights issue. Shareholders should watch for recovery in loan/income generation in upcoming quarters.
