TSF Investments reported its H1 FY26 results. On a standalone basis, H1 profit after tax came in at ₹14,197.89 lakhs, down about 13% from ₹16,275.35 lakhs a year ago, mainly because Q1 FY25 had unusually high dividend income of ₹11,032.78 lakhs. Q2 standalone PAT was ₹2,361.57 lakhs on total income of ₹3,546.89 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, H1 PAT after share of associates jumped to ₹26,124.82 lakhs, up roughly 31% year-on-year, helped by the line-by-line consolidation of Axles India (made a subsidiary from May 2, 2025) and a one-time ₹4,098.73 lakh gain from revaluing the previously held stake in Axles India. The company also sold its entire stake in Sundaram Composite Structures during the quarter. The statutory auditor issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Standalone earnings dipped due to uneven dividend timing, but the consolidated picture is much stronger — driven mostly by the Axles India acquisition and a one-time revaluation gain rather than pure organic growth. Shareholders should watch how sustainable the new manufacturing segment (Axles India) is, and note the company's recent rebranding from Sundaram Finance Holdings to TSF Investments signals a strategic shift.
