TSF Investments Limited reported standalone profit after tax of Rs 25,563.69 lakhs for FY26, up 8.3% from Rs 23,600.52 lakhs in FY25. On a consolidated basis, net profit attributable to owners rose 26.6% to Rs 52,177.68 lakhs (vs Rs 41,210.29 lakhs), boosted by consolidation of Axles India Limited from May 2025 and strong contribution from associates. Total consolidated income jumped significantly to Rs 1,00,344.64 lakhs due to the new manufacturing segment. The company recommended a total dividend of Rs 11.15 per share (223%) for FY26. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
The 26.6% growth in consolidated net profit exceeds the 25% threshold and the strong dividend payout are positive signals for shareholders. However, the significant revenue increase is partly due to the new subsidiary consolidation, making year-on-year comparisons less meaningful for underlying business performance.
