TTI Enterprise Ltd is changing its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent from Niche Technologies Private Limited to Purva Sharegistry India Private Limited to strengthen investor services. The new RTA was chosen for its market share, expertise and infrastructure. The effective date will be communicated later after definitive agreements are signed. Current RTA Niche Technologies will continue serving until data transition, electronic connectivity shift, and confirmations from NSDL and CDSL are completed.
