TTI Enterprise Limited reported audited FY25 results with an unmodified audit opinion from M/s Mark & Co. Total revenue from operations declined modestly to Rs 284.03 lakhs vs Rs 297.76 lakhs in FY24, a drop of about 4.6% as sales income (Rs 91.25 lakhs last year) was absent this year. Profit after tax, however, jumped sharply to Rs 91.04 lakhs from Rs 22.64 lakhs in FY24 (about 4x growth), helped by much lower total expenses (Rs 192.86 lakhs vs Rs 269.14 lakhs). The standalone Q4 FY25 result swung to a loss of Rs 93.16 lakhs versus a profit of Rs 55.16 lakhs in Q4 FY24. The balance sheet shows total assets of Rs 2,908.62 lakhs, with borrowings reduced to Rs 102.31 lakhs from Rs 134.16 lakhs. Operating cash flow fell steeply to Rs 108.46 lakhs from Rs 544.03 lakhs in FY24.
Full-year PAT growth looks strong on paper but is largely cost-driven rather than revenue-driven, and the Q4 swing into loss signals underlying weakness. Lower operating cash flow and a small cash balance (Rs 8.04 lakhs) warrant caution despite the headline profit improvement.
