TTL Enterprises' board, meeting on May 30, 2025, approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, along with re-appointments of internal and secretarial auditors. Statutory auditor VSSB & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. For the full year, revenue fell to Rs 2,839.38 lakh from Rs 3,847.86 lakh, a decline of about 26% year-on-year, while net profit dropped to Rs 23.31 lakh from Rs 35.18 lakh. Q4 FY25 saw a sharp rebound with revenue of Rs 2,121.88 lakh against just Rs 234.38 lakh in Q4 FY24. The company's reserves remain negative at Rs -7.17 lakh, and operating cash flow turned marginally negative at Rs -0.14 lakh versus Rs 65.72 lakh last year.
Mixed picture for shareholders: full-year top line and bottom line both shrank, margins compressed, and the company continues to carry negative shareholder equity with negligible operating cash generation. However, a clean audit opinion and a strong Q4 revenue bounce offer some comfort. Watch for sustainability of the Q4 pickup before reading it as a turnaround.
