Consolidated quarter ended September 2026: revenue from operations rose 43.6% to Rs 7,930.31 crore from Rs 5,522.64 crore, while net profit rose 39.3% to Rs 420.78 crore from Rs 302.05 crore a year earlier. The operating margin before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation was 10.4% of revenue versus 11.9%. A Rs 22.75 crore labour code charge was exceptional. Up to Rs 83 crore was approved for capacity expansion. The auditor changed this year.
Revenue and profit growth supports sentiment, but margin compression and the auditor change are risks; expansion supports future growth.
