Tube Investments of India's Board met on May 15, 2025 and approved audited financial results for FY25 along with a recommended final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share. Together with the interim dividend of Rs. 2 per share paid in February 2025, the total dividend for FY25 comes to Rs. 3.50 per share. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 7,892.53 Cr from Rs. 7,610.51 Cr in FY24, while profit after tax jumped to Rs. 1,296.66 Cr from Rs. 734.51 Cr, helped significantly by a one-time Rs. 569 Cr fair value gain on CCPS in subsidiary TI Clean Mobility. Basic EPS for FY25 stood at Rs. 67.03 versus Rs. 38.00 in FY24. The Board also approved long-term borrowing of up to Rs. 300 Cr, appointed Ms. Shelina Pranav Parikh as Independent Director, and named M/s Sridharan & Sridharan Associates as Secretarial Auditor. The 17th AGM is scheduled for August 1, 2025 with record date of July 25, 2025.
Shareholders stand to receive a total Rs. 3.50 per share dividend for FY25 subject to AGM approval, with payment by August 30, 2025. The strong earnings growth, partly aided by a non-cash fair value gain, signals improved profitability and cash returns, which may be viewed positively by income-focused investors.
