Promoters Altis Properties Pvt Ltd and GKS Technology Park Pvt Ltd, along with persons acting in concert, are voluntarily delisting Tulive Developers from BSE. Reverse book building ran April 15 to 21, 2026 and was successful. BSE has approved delisting - trading stops June 25, 2026 and the scrip gets delisted effective July 03, 2026. An Exit Offer Public Announcement dated June 20, 2026 was published on June 22, 2026 in Financial Express, Jansatta and Navshakti for residual public shareholders who did not tender earlier. Payment will be made within 10 working days from the end of the calendar month in which the application is received.
Public shareholders who missed the earlier tender can still sell under the Exit Offer. The scrip will be delisted from BSE on July 03, 2026 - shareholders must act before then.
