Tulsi Extrusions reported Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 905.31 lakhs, down about 24 percent from Rs 1188.62 lakhs YoY. Nine-month revenue fell to Rs 2614.78 lakhs from Rs 2881.83 lakhs. Net loss for Q3 stood at Rs 327.38 lakhs, while nine-month loss widened to Rs 1465.70 lakhs from Rs 1030.59 lakhs. Auditor KRA and Co issued an unqualified review report. Company Secretary Muskan Aggarwal resigned. The board also explained prior filing delays citing the company's past insolvency and liquidation proceedings (2018 to 2021) and pending NCLT approval for fresh equity issuance.
