Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board of Tuni Textile Mills approved the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. It also approved a Rights Issue of 42,32,44,440 fully paid-up equity shares at Re. 1 per share (at par with face value), aggregating to about Rs. 42.32 crore assuming full subscription. The rights entitlement ratio is 81 shares for every 25 shares held by eligible shareholders. The record date is fixed as Saturday, November 15, 2025, with the issue opening on November 24, 2025 and closing on December 8, 2025. Post-issue, the total equity share count will rise from about 13.06 crore to about 55.39 crore shares.
Eligible shareholders as of the November 15, 2025 record date will receive rights entitlements and can subscribe at Re. 1 per share. Since the issue is at par, there is no price discount, but the large 81:25 ratio means a significant equity dilution of over 3x if fully subscribed. Shareholders should review the Letter of Offer carefully and act before the December 8, 2025 closing date.
