Turtlemint posted Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue of 294.08 Cr, up about 40% from 210.49 Cr a year ago. Net loss narrowed to 38.15 Cr from 47.07 Cr. This is the first quarterly result after the company listed on NSE and BSE on June 29, 2026 following an IPO that raised 660.72 Cr fresh capital at INR 152 per share. The company additionally raised 50 Cr via 13.75% NCDs from Trifecta Venture Debt Fund. All CCPS were converted to equity. Auditor S.R. Batliboi issued a clean limited review report.
First post-IPO result shows strong revenue growth and narrowing losses. Fresh IPO capital plus 50 Cr NCDs supports growth, but profitability remains distant.
