TV Vision Limited has informed stock exchanges that the NCLT Mumbai Bench has dismissed a Section 9 IBC petition filed by operational creditor Swami Films Entertainment Private Limited as infructuous. The petition was earlier disclosed on December 30, 2025. With this order dated August 7, 2026, the insolvency proceedings initiated by the operational creditor stand disposed of. The company continues to be under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process with an Interim Resolution Professional appointed.
Favorable ruling as one insolvency threat is cleared, though ongoing CIRP proceedings remain a concern for shareholders.
