CARE Ratings reaffirmed AAA, Stable on Rs 3,241.65 crore of long-term bank facilities, increased from Rs 2,100 crore, and on Rs 1,000 crore of debentures. Combined bank facilities of Rs 1,008.35 crore retained AAA, Stable and A1+, while Rs 608 crore of short-term facilities and Rs 500 crore of commercial paper retained A1+. The rating on Rs 1,900.35 crore of short-term instruments was withdrawn after full redemption.
Top-tier ratings support confidence in repayment and funding access. Full redemption removes these instruments; no rating upgrade was announced.
