On the reaction day the stock moved 2.1 pts less than Nifty 100 and 2.0 pts less than its 2/3 Wheelers peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY26 consolidated operating revenue rose 25% to Rs 14,051 crore and profit after tax rose 42% to Rs 833 crore. Standalone revenue grew 29% to Rs 11,905 crore; operating profit before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation rose 40% to Rs 1,509 crore, lifting margin 100 basis points to 12.7%. Two- and three-wheeler sales rose 23% to 15.07 lakh units. The auditor’s review was unmodified, while new EPR costs remain unquantified.
Strong growth and wider margins support the stock, but unquantified scrappage costs and investment valuation losses are risks.
