TVS Supply Chain Solutions reported consolidated revenue of ₹11,003 crore for FY26, up 10% from ₹9,996 crore in FY25. The company swung to profit of ₹117 crore from a loss of ₹9.64 crore in the prior year. However, operating profit before exceptional items was only ₹92 crore (0.84% margin), constrained by high freight costs and finance charges. Exceptional items included ₹91.29 crore for Project One restructuring in UK/Europe and ₹14.34 crore for new labour code implementation. Share of profit from joint venture TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks surged to ₹182 crore (from ₹5.15 crore), boosted by a one-time gain from TVS Infrastructure Trust listing. The company announced leadership transition: Ravi Viswanathan steps down as MD (June 30, 2026), succeeded by Global CEO Vikas Chadha (July 1, 2026). FIT 3PL acquired 80% stake in Swamy & Sons 3PL for ₹59.56 crore.
The profit turnaround from loss to ₹117 crore is positive, but razor-thin operating margins (0.84%) and ₹91 crore restructuring charge signal ongoing operational challenges in the core business. The large JV profit contribution masks underlying margin pressure. The management change adds near-term uncertainty.
