On the reaction day the stock moved 4.7 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 5.5 pts more than its Civil Construction peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Promoter and Promoter Group of Twamev Construction and Infrastructure plan to sell 1,30,00,000 equity shares (around 8.40% of paid-up capital) through the open market between September 23 and September 25, 2026. Mr. Ravi Todi will sell 1.10 crore shares (7.10%), while Ravi Todi HUF and Nadia Security Printing and Stationery will each sell 10 lakh shares (0.65% each). The purpose is to meet the Minimum Public Shareholding requirement under SEBI rules.
Large supply from promoter selling may weigh on the stock in the short term, but it removes the regulatory overhang and improves float.
