Promoters Shrish Tapuria and Tarun Chaturvedi are conducting an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 85 lakh equity shares of Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Limited (formerly Tantia Constructions Ltd) through the stock exchange mechanism.
