Tyche Industries, which operates in the active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) segment, reported a sharp fall in Q3 FY26 revenue at Rs. 10.58 crore, down about 40% from Rs. 17.75 crore in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, revenue dropped to Rs. 37.44 crore from Rs. 53.11 crore, a decline of roughly 30%. Net profit fell to Rs. 1.82 crore in Q3 (vs Rs. 4.74 crore) and Rs. 5.78 crore for nine months (vs Rs. 11.46 crore). Nearly 91% of nine-month sales came from exports (Rs. 33.91 crore), highlighting heavy dependence on overseas markets. The statutory auditor issued an unqualified limited review report with no observations. The company has flagged that it has not yet provided for liabilities under the new Labour Codes, which will be assessed by year-end.
Sharp revenue and profit decline signals demand weakness or pricing pressure in the export-driven API business; shareholders should watch for margin recovery and the pending Labour Code provisioning in Q4 results.
