Tyche Industries reported weak Q2 FY26 results. Total income fell to Rs. 1,680.93 lakhs from Rs. 2,237.86 lakhs a year ago, a ~25% YoY drop, while revenue from operations declined ~31% to Rs. 1,415.95 lakhs. Net profit after tax dropped sharply to Rs. 152.30 lakhs from Rs. 399.44 lakhs, down ~62% YoY. For H1 FY26, total income fell to Rs. 3,127.42 lakhs and PAT declined to Rs. 395.43 lakhs from Rs. 672.01 lakhs. Exports dominated sales at Rs. 2,444.25 lakhs vs. domestic sales of only Rs. 241.68 lakhs. The statutory auditor (P.S.N. Ravishanker & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications.
Sharp YoY declines in both revenue and profit, combined with margin compression, signal weaker operating performance and may weigh negatively on the stock. Heavy export concentration also raises concentration risk for shareholders.
