Typhoon Holdings reported un-audited financial results for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended December 31, 2025) approved by the Board on February 9, 2026. Revenue from Operations for the quarter jumped to Rs. 59.50 lakhs from Rs. 21.35 lakhs in the year-ago quarter, a rise of roughly 179%. However, Net Profit for the quarter was only Rs. 0.96 lakhs versus Rs. 0.94 lakhs in Q3 FY25, and nine-month PAT stood at Rs. 2.64 lakhs vs Rs. 2.45 lakhs. EPS for the quarter was Rs. 0.19 on a paid-up equity capital of Rs. 50 lakhs. The auditor (SK Bhavsar & Co.) gave a limited review report with an Emphasis of Matter flagging pending verification of trade receivables, trade payables, loans and advances, and noted that the company did not have a GSTN during the period.
The very strong top-line growth is encouraging, but flat profits and accumulated negative reserves (Rs. 41.81 lakhs) temper the picture. The auditor's emphasis of matter on unverified receivables/payables is a governance red flag that retail investors should watch, though it did not modify the review conclusion.
