Typhoon Holdings Limited's board approved un-audited results for Q3 FY24 (Dec 2023) and audited results for FY24 (Mar 2024) on May 30, 2024. Total revenue for Q3 FY24 was Rs. 12.03 lakhs, down sharply from Rs. 25.45 lakhs in Q3 FY23 — a drop of roughly 53% year-on-year. For the nine months ended Dec 2023, revenue fell to Rs. 33.41 lakhs from Rs. 75.97 lakhs, a decline of about 56%. Net profit for Q3 FY24 was just Rs. 0.36 lakhs versus Rs. 1.93 lakhs a year ago. The auditor (S K Bhavsar & Co.) issued an unqualified opinion but flagged an emphasis of matter noting that trade receivables, payables, loans and advances are pending confirmation and reconciliation. The auditor also disclosed that the company is suspended/delisted from BSE trading for non-payment of annual fees and SEBI/exchange non-compliance, and that ROC annual filings have been pending since FY2012-13.
This is a high-risk, thinly-traded penny stock. The sharp revenue decline, multi-year compliance failures, BSE suspension/delisting, and over a decade of pending ROC filings make this stock effectively illiquid and speculative. Retail investors should treat this with extreme caution — there is no active trading on BSE and the company has serious governance and compliance deficiencies.
