UP Hotels Ltd reported Q3 FY26 (quarter ended Dec 31, 2025) revenue from operations of Rs. 5,677.22 lakh, up about 2.8% YoY from Rs. 5,521.87 lakh. Total revenue for the quarter stood at Rs. 5,873.15 lakh vs Rs. 5,662.17 lakh in Q3 FY25. Net profit for Q3 was Rs. 1,660.27 lakh, marginally down from Rs. 1,704.22 lakh in the same quarter last year. For the nine months ended Dec 2025, revenue from operations grew to Rs. 11,098.07 lakh from Rs. 10,372.25 lakh, while PAT rose to Rs. 1,787.28 lakh from Rs. 1,750.70 lakh. EPS stood at Rs. 30.75 for Q3 and Rs. 33.10 for 9M FY26. The statutory auditor issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. The company noted promoter disputes during the period but said these have no material financial impact.
Results show a stable quarter with modest revenue growth and a slight dip in Q3 profit on a YoY basis. The wide swing from a Q2 loss to a strong Q3 profit reflects typical hotel seasonality. Promoter disputes are a watchpoint, though management downplays any material financial effect.
