U.P. Hotels reported Q1 FY27 unaudited results. Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 2,994.18 lakh from Rs. 2,886.19 lakh year-on-year, up 3.7%. Total revenue grew to Rs. 3,195.35 lakh. However, net profit declined 17% to Rs. 269.97 lakh from Rs. 325.70 lakh as total expenses grew 8.9% to Rs. 2,834.58 lakh, outpacing revenue growth. EPS stood at Rs. 5.00 versus Rs. 6.03. The limited review report by Satinder Goyal & Co. is clean with no qualifications. The company noted ongoing disputes among promoters but said these have no material financial impact.
Mixed results: modest revenue growth but profit margins compressed on rising costs. Promoter disputes remain a governance item to watch.
