The Board of Directors of Uday Jewellery Industries Ltd approved the unaudited standalone financial results for Q3FY26 and the nine months ended December 31, 2025, along with the Limited Review Report from statutory auditors Anant Rao & Mallik (unmodified opinion). Revenue from operations surged to Rs. 18,134.30 lakhs in Q3, up roughly 83% year-on-year (vs. Rs. 9,892.11 lakhs in Q3FY25), while 9M FY26 revenue nearly doubled to Rs. 42,981.37 lakhs from Rs. 20,267.87 lakhs. Profit after tax for Q3 stood at Rs. 431.34 lakhs, marginally down from Rs. 453.66 lakhs in Q3FY25, though 9M FY26 PAT grew about 82% to Rs. 1,794.70 lakhs. The Board also noted the NCLT Hyderabad Bench's January 21, 2026 order sanctioning the amalgamation of Narbada Gems & Jewellery Ltd into the company, and approved filing of Form INC-28 to give effect to the scheme. Additionally, the company registered on the M1xchange platform to discount trade receivables.
The sharp top-line jump signals strong business momentum, partly boosted by the impending Narbada Gems merger, which could further expand scale once effective. However, flat Q3 PAT despite revenue growth suggests margin pressure, warranting investor attention to profitability trends in coming quarters.
