Udayshivakumar Infra reported Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs 57.71 crore versus Rs 76.47 crore a year ago, down about 25 percent. H1 FY26 revenue came in at Rs 115.87 crore versus Rs 131.88 crore, down around 12 percent. The company swung to a Q2 profit of Rs 0.82 crore from a Rs 4.29 crore loss last year. However, H1 loss widened to Rs 6.91 crore from Rs 2.46 crore in the prior year period. Operating cash flow improved to positive Rs 4.64 crore versus negative Rs 8.05 crore previously. Auditor N B T and Co issued an unmodified limited review report. Cash balance remains thin at Rs 0.38 crore.
Revenue falling and half-year loss widening remain concerns; Q2 profit swing and better cash flow offer modest comfort.
