UGRO Capital reported Q4 FY26 PAT of Rs 51.1 crore, up 26% year-on-year, with full-year FY26 PAT at Rs 174.8 crore, growing 21% YoY. Net Total Income for FY26 stood at Rs 1,067 crore, up 31% YoY, driven by a structural mix shift toward higher-yield on-book assets. Consolidated AUM reached Rs 15,334 crore as of March 31, 2026, up 28% YoY. Asset quality metrics show GNPA at 2.50% and NNPA at 1.60%, while capital adequacy remains strong with CRAR at 21.2%. The company has completed one quarter of executing its five structural objectives announced in February 2026, including shifting portfolio to high-yield focus verticals (EM LAP and Embedded Finance), targeting Rs 200-220 crore in annualised cost savings, and maintaining no equity raise through FY29.
Strong PAT growth and expanding Net Total Income indicate healthy operational performance. The strategic shift toward higher-yield verticals and cost optimization measures position the company for improved profitability trajectory toward the target ROA of 3.0-3.5% by FY29. The 21-26% PAT growth and 31% revenue growth are positive signals for shareholders.
