On the reaction day the stock moved 0.5 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.3 pts less than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Ugro Capital has allotted 73,42,732 equity shares after mandatory conversion of CCDs that completed their 18-month tenure. Each CCD converts into one share at Rs 264 (face value Rs 10, premium Rs 254). Paid-up capital rose from Rs 145.24 crore to Rs 152.58 crore. Separately, 1.76 crore warrants issued alongside the CCDs in June 2024 will lapse if holders do not exercise conversion before expiry.
Minor equity dilution from CCD conversion; expiry of warrants removes a small overhang and brings clarity on share count.
