On the reaction day the stock moved 0.7 pts less than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
UGRO's Q2 FY27 presentation reported assets under management of INR 15,019 crore, net disbursements of INR 3,159 crore, yield of 18.7% and a 2.7% gross non-performing asset ratio. Pre-tax profit was INR 68.3 crore and after-tax profit INR 50.7 crore. Focus products reached 53% of assets. Management targets 85% focus share by FY29, a 3.0% to 3.5% steady-state return on assets and no new equity through FY29. Profectus merger awaits NCLT approval.
The FY29 targets and lower reversal volatility support longer-term earnings, but higher credit cost and pending merger approval remain risks.
