Consolidated revenue grew 21.2% to 4871.01 lakhs; net profit dipped 12.5% to 628.63 lakhs. Standalone PBT margin compressed to 7.3% from 12.2%. Operating cash flow turned negative at minus 145.18 lakhs standalone vs positive 41.06 earlier. Auditor gave unmodified opinion. Board appointed Varun Kabra and Associates as secretarial auditor for 5 years from FY27.
