Board approved Q1 FY27 (ended June 30, 2026) unaudited standalone results. Revenue from operations rose 14.5% YoY to Rs. 303.29 Lakhs; total revenue was Rs. 1,022.14 Lakhs including Rs. 409.38 Lakhs bad debts recovered and Rs. 257.67 Lakhs interest income from an arbitration award against HAL Nashik. PAT jumped 31% YoY to Rs. 325.07 Lakhs; basic EPS at Rs. 0.24. The auditor issued a qualified conclusion over Rs. 4.06 Lakhs of accrued interest on Axis Bank fixed deposits not credited by the bank. CSR and NRC committees were reconstituted with Ms. Geeta Mundra added.
Strong profit growth boosted by one-time recoveries masks a small core business; auditor qualification on bank deposits is a minor governance flag for investors.
