Ujaas Energy Limited has allotted 45,06,049 bonus equity shares of ₹1 each in a 17:25 ratio (17 bonus shares for every 25 existing shares held). The record date for the bonus issue was May 30, 2025. As a result, the company's paid-up share capital has increased from 10,66,26,581 shares (₹10.66 crore) to 11,11,32,630 shares (₹11.11 crore).
