The Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025. On a standalone basis, total income grew to Rs. 95,573 lakhs (vs Rs. 88,726 lakhs in FY24), profit before tax rose to Rs. 9,307 lakhs (vs Rs. 7,097 lakhs), and profit after tax climbed to Rs. 6,961 lakhs (vs Rs. 5,383 lakhs), a growth of about 29%. Consolidated PAT also rose to Rs. 7,505 lakhs (vs Rs. 5,760 lakhs). Standalone EPS stood at Rs. 23.86 vs Rs. 18.43, while consolidated EPS came in at Rs. 25.70 vs Rs. 19.73. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 6 per share (on Rs. 2 face value), subject to shareholder approval. The statutory auditors issued an unqualified opinion on both sets of results.
Strong profit growth of nearly 30% year-on-year, combined with a generous Rs. 6 per share dividend, is a positive signal for shareholders. Unqualified audit reports and healthy operating cash flow generation reinforce the company's financial stability.
