Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Uma Exports board approved issuing 2.25 crore warrants via preferential allotment at Rs 24.16 each, aggregating Rs 54.36 crore. Each warrant converts to one equity share within 18 months. Allottees include promoter group members (Sweta Khemka, Uma Agro Exports) and about 26 non-promoter individuals and HUFs. Authorized share capital hiked from Rs 40 crore to Rs 57 crore. The 38th AGM will be held on Sept 18, 2026 via video conference, with book closure from Sept 12 to Sept 18 and e-voting cutoff on Sept 11.
Possible equity dilution if warrants are exercised. Promoter group holding rises slightly. Shareholders must note AGM and book closure dates.
