Umiya Buildcon (formerly MRO-TEK Realty) reported FY26 standalone net profit of Rs 4,193.39 lakhs vs Rs 597.71 lakhs in FY25, driven mainly by a Rs 4,041.95 lakhs one-time profit on sale of its Electronic City property. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 5,419.66 lakhs (FY25: Rs 4,857.72 lakhs). Consolidated PAT was Rs 4,219.46 lakhs vs Rs 583.94 lakhs on Rs 7,236.51 lakhs revenue. Board also recommended appointing Ishwar & Gopal as new statutory auditor for 5 years.
Profit jump depends heavily on one-time property/land sales. Underlying operating growth is modest; earnings quality and sustainability are concerns.
