Umiya Mobile Limited reported unaudited half-yearly results for the period ended September 30, 2025. Revenue from operations rose to ₹36,519 lakh from ₹25,140 lakh in the same period last year, a growth of about 45%. Total income stood at ₹38,887 lakh versus ₹27,050 lakh. Profit after tax came in at ₹378 lakh compared to ₹348 lakh, up roughly 9%. EPS for the half year was ₹0.27, lower year-on-year mainly because share capital expanded after the recent IPO. The company also confirmed that the ₹24.88 crore raised through its July 2025 public issue has been fully deployed as planned — ₹19 crore for loan repayment, ₹2.27 crore for general corporate purposes, and ₹3.61 crore for issue expenses — with no deviation reported. Operating cash flow turned positive at ₹1,233 lakh versus a cash outflow of ₹1,516 lakh a year ago. The statutory auditor (SADP & Co.) issued an unmodified review report.
Strong revenue growth and a swing to positive operating cash flow are positives for shareholders, while modest single-digit PAT growth and EPS dilution from the fresh equity issue may temper near-term per-share returns. Full and orderly use of IPO funds reduces overhang concerns for the stock.
