Santosh Fine Fab Ltd reported Q2 FY26 revenue of ₹493.55 lakhs, up about 18% from ₹417.75 lakhs in Q2 FY25. For the half-year (H1 FY26), revenue rose roughly 21% to ₹913.54 lakhs versus ₹755.86 lakhs in H1 FY25, driven by its single fabric-manufacturing segment. The company swung to a small profit at the PAT level in Q2 with EPS of ₹0.04 (vs ₹0.03 a year ago), though H1 FY26 still ended with a marginal loss of about ₹3.43 lakhs (EPS ₹(0.10)), much narrower than the ₹16.82 lakhs loss in H1 FY25. Operating cash flow for H1 FY26 was negative at ₹(1.01) lakhs but improved sharply from ₹(60.18) lakhs last year. Statutory auditors Jhunjhunwala Jain & Associates LLP issued a clean limited-review report with no qualifications.
Modestly positive — top-line growth above 20% for the half-year and a sharp narrowing of losses signal operational recovery, though the company remains marginally loss-making at the H1 level with negative operating cash flow, so the improvement is fragile and small-scale for shareholders.
