Senthil Infotek Limited reported its un-audited results for Q3 FY26 and nine months ended December 2025. Revenue from operations stood at ₹1.23 lakhs in Q3, down sharply from ₹2.95 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Nine-month revenue fell to ₹7.04 lakhs versus ₹8.80 lakhs last year. Total income for the quarter was ₹2.88 lakhs with total expenses of just ₹2.80 lakhs, yielding a small profit before tax of ₹0.08 lakhs and a net profit of ₹0.06 lakhs, compared to a net loss of ₹208.35 lakhs in Q3 last year when other expenses had spiked to ₹209 lakhs. Nine-month net profit came in at ₹0.77 lakhs versus a loss of ₹208.01 lakhs. Paid-up equity capital remains at ₹505 lakhs and EPS is effectively nil. The statutory auditors (MSPR & Co) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Revenue is shrinking on a small base and the swing to profit looks more like a one-off recovery from unusually high prior-year expenses rather than genuine operational improvement; shareholders should treat the positivity with caution given the negligible absolute earnings.
