Sangam Health Care Products reported Q3 FY26 (Oct-Dec 2025) net sales of Rs. 272.15 lakhs, down about 5% from Rs. 286.65 lakhs in the same quarter last year. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue declined roughly 13% to Rs. 857.82 lakhs versus Rs. 984.67 lakhs a year ago. Despite weaker sales, profit after tax for the nine-month period jumped to Rs. 45.71 lakhs from Rs. 26.22 lakhs, a growth of about 74%, helped by lower raw material and employee costs. Q3 standalone PAT stood at Rs. 10.88 lakhs with EPS of Rs. 0.13. Statutory auditor M M Reddy & Co issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications or concerns. The company operates in a single segment — manufacturing and sale of medical disposables and surgical products.
Mixed signals for shareholders — topline is shrinking but profitability has improved sharply on cost control, which may support the stock in the near term though sustained revenue growth remains a concern.
