Citizen Infoline Ltd reported strong growth for the half year ended 30 September 2025. Revenue from operations rose to ₹444.57 lakhs versus ₹261.09 lakhs in the same period last year, a jump of about 70%. Quarterly revenue for Q2 FY26 stood at ₹310 lakhs, more than doubling from ₹134.57 lakhs in Q1 FY26. Profit before tax surged to ₹19.06 lakhs for H1 FY26 compared to just ₹2 lakhs a year earlier, while PAT reached ₹19.06 lakhs (no tax expense recognized). EPS improved to ₹0.35 for the half year against ₹0.04 earlier. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) review opinion with no qualifications. The company also disclosed a pending scheme of amalgamation of Citizen Solar Pvt Ltd with itself, awaiting NCLT approval with a proposed effective date of 1 April 2023.
Strong topline growth, sharply higher profits, and a clean audit opinion are positive signals for shareholders. However, absolute earnings remain small (under ₹20 lakhs for the half year), and the amalgamation scheme outcome remains a key event to watch.
