Mahaveer Infoway Ltd reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue from operations of ₹68.26 lakhs, up modestly from ₹64.10 lakhs in Q3 FY25 but slightly higher than ₹67.25 lakhs in Q2 FY26. Profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹4.74 lakhs, sharply lower than ₹12.69 lakhs in the year-ago quarter, a drop of about 63%. For the half-year (H1 FY26), total revenue fell to ₹210.93 lakhs from ₹248.33 lakhs in H1 FY25, a decline of roughly 15%, while PAT slipped to ₹17.52 lakhs from ₹30.71 lakhs. The balance sheet shows total assets of about ₹7.28 crores, but reserves and surplus remain negative at around negative ₹1.35 crores, indicating accumulated past losses. Only the IT & Consultancy segment is active, while the Mobiles and Educational segments reported nil revenue.
Mixed-to-weak quarter for shareholders: revenue held up sequentially but profitability compressed sharply year-on-year, and the half-year picture shows both revenue and profits declining. With negative reserves and a very small scale of operations, the stock remains a micro-cap with limited trading liquidity and weak earnings power.
