Alka Securities Ltd reported its Q2 FY26 standalone unaudited results on 14 November 2025. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 8.50 lakhs in Q2 FY26 versus Rs 8.89 lakhs in Q2 FY25, while half-year revenue nearly doubled to Rs 22.48 lakhs from Rs 11.39 lakhs in H1 FY25, driven by the strong Q1 performance. Profit after tax fell sharply to Rs 0.67 lakhs in Q2 FY26 from Rs 2.39 lakhs a year ago, with H1 FY26 PAT at Rs 1.64 lakhs versus Rs 3.87 lakhs in H1 FY25. The company remains highly leveraged with reserves deeply negative at Rs -949.42 lakhs and total shareholder funds of just Rs 9.98 lakhs against borrowings of Rs 52.72 lakhs. Operating cash flow for the half year was negative at Rs -4.19 lakhs. The auditor (Sunit M Chhatbar & Co) issued a clean limited review report.
Despite revenue growth in H1, declining profitability and deeply eroded reserves signal weak financial health for retail investors. The very high debt-to-equity ratio and negative operating cash flow are red flags that could weigh on the stock.
