Axentra Corp posted a loss of Rs 4.71 lakh for Q3 FY26 (Oct–Dec 2025), slightly narrower than the Rs 4.96 lakh loss in Q2 FY26 but wider than the Rs 2.94 lakh loss in Q3 FY25. Revenue from operations was nil this quarter, compared to Rs 30 lakh reported in the year-ago period's nine-month tally. Other income of Rs 8.20 lakh (vs nil last year) kept some cash flowing in. For the nine months ended Dec 2025, the company swung from a Rs 20.17 lakh profit last year to a Rs 23.02 lakh loss, driven mainly by higher employee and other expenses. The auditor (M Sahu & Co) issued an unqualified limited review. Separately, Mr. Kumarappan Palaniappan resigned as Managing Director citing personal reasons and was replaced by Mr. Senthil Kumar Bellan.
Sharply negative for shareholders — the company has moved from profit to loss on a year-to-date basis, with zero operating revenue this quarter, raising concerns about business continuity. The abrupt MD change adds further uncertainty, though minor given the company's small scale.
