Axentra Corp reported zero revenue from operations for both Q3 FY26 (Oct–Dec 2025) and the nine-month period, compared to Rs 30 lakhs in the same nine months last year. Total income for 9M FY26 stood at Rs 18.57 lakhs (vs Rs 30.23 lakhs), entirely from other income. Total expenses surged to Rs 41.59 lakhs for 9M FY26 from Rs 26.74 lakhs for FY25, driven mainly by employee costs and other overheads. The company swung to a loss before tax of Rs 4.71 lakhs in Q3 and Rs 23.02 lakhs for 9M FY26, against a profit of Rs 20.17 lakhs in the prior-year nine months. Loss per share for 9M was Rs 0.237 versus an EPS of Rs 0.672 a year ago. Separately, Managing Director Kumarappan Palaniappan resigned citing personal reasons, and Senthil Kumar Bellan was appointed as the new Managing Director; the outgoing MD was re-inducted as a Non-Executive Independent Director.
With operating revenue drying up completely and losses widening, the quarterly performance is a clear negative for shareholders and signals fundamental business stress. The sudden MD exit and replacement adds governance uncertainty that may weigh on the stock in the near term.
