Unaudited financial results of SIP Industries Limited for the Quarter ended on 30th September , 2025.
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
SIP Industries reported no revenue from operations for Q2 FY26 (quarter ended September 30, 2025), with total expenses of Rs. 53.65 lakhs versus Rs. 5.50 lakhs in the same quarter last year, leading to a net loss of Rs. 53.65 lakhs for the quarter and Rs. 59.16 lakhs for the half year. EPS turned sharply negative at (Rs. 1.15) for the quarter versus (Rs. 0.12) a year ago. The auditor flagged a material uncertainty on going concern, noting accumulated losses of Rs. 588.19 lakhs have fully eroded the company's net worth and turned it negative. The company, taken over through the IBC/CIRP process in 2022, has not yet commenced commercial operations and is still working on its BSE listing application after a previous rejection. The Board also accepted the resignation of a Director and the Company Secretary, appointed a new Company Secretary, and approved a minor shift of the registered office within the same premises.
This is a deeply negative update for shareholders — the company is loss-making with no revenue, its net worth is wiped out, and the auditor has formally raised a going concern doubt. Until commercial operations begin and listing/revival issues are resolved, the stock remains a high-risk, speculative name with little fundamental support.
