Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter Ended 30th June, 2025 along with Limited Review Report thereon
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
XL Energy Ltd, which is currently under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), submitted its unaudited Q1 FY26 results (quarter ended June 30, 2025). The company reported zero revenue from operations during the quarter, compared with Rs 28.29 lakhs in the preceding quarter (Q4 FY25). Total income stood at just Rs 0.35 lakhs against total expenses of Rs 5.38 lakhs, resulting in a net loss of Rs 5.03 lakhs (EPS of Rs -0.02 vs Rs 0.12 in Q4 FY25). The NCLT-approved Resolution Plan (consortium of Karishma Jain, Jupiter City Developers, and Adwaita Navigations), approved in April 2024, remained unimplemented as of June 30, 2025 due to pending NCLT directions and procedural delays. A Monitoring Committee continues to oversee the company, and trading in the stock is suspended. Share capital restructuring has been carried out — existing promoter equity was cancelled, and new shares were allotted to the Successful Resolution Applicant and proportionally to existing public shareholders. An NSE appeal challenging the NCLT order is pending at NCLAT.
The company has effectively no business operations and is reporting losses, making this a high-risk situation for shareholders. Any recovery depends on successful implementation of the Resolution Plan and outcomes at NCLAT/NCLT, with relisting still pending. Expect continued uncertainty and likely negative stock reaction once trading resumes.
