On the reaction day the stock moved in line with Nifty Microcap 250 and in line with its Iron & Steel Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Uni Abex Alloy Products reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs 4,552.85 lakhs, up about 8.2% YoY from Rs 4,206.66 lakhs but down roughly 18% sequentially from Q2 FY26. Net profit for the quarter was Rs 547.01 lakhs versus Rs 528.87 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a modest 3.4% YoY rise. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue rose to Rs 14,049.38 lakhs from Rs 13,264.26 lakhs (~5.9% YoY) and net profit grew to Rs 2,223.26 lakhs from Rs 2,093.05 lakhs (~6.2% YoY). A key disclosure is the Board's approval on 3 October 2025 to sell land in Thane for a total consideration of Rs 24,423 lakhs, of which Rs 4,885 lakhs advance has been received and the land is now classified as held for sale. Statutory auditor Walker Chandiok & Co LLP issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Core operations show steady but slowing YoY growth with margin pressure and a sharp sequential dip in Q3; the standout positive is the Rs 244 crore Thane land sale, with the bulk of proceeds still to come, which could materially boost the balance sheet for this small-cap company once the transaction completes.
