The Board of Directors of Uni Abex Alloy Products Ltd approved unaudited financial results for Q2 FY26 (ended 30 Sept 2025) and H1 FY26, reviewed by statutory auditors Walker Chandiok & Co LLP with an unmodified review report. Revenue from operations for Q2 FY26 stood at Rs. 5,578.26 lakhs (up ~14.8% YoY from Rs. 4,859.76 lakhs), while net profit surged to Rs. 1,120.41 lakhs (up ~33.6% YoY from Rs. 838.58 lakhs), translating to an EPS of Rs. 56.73. For H1 FY26, revenue grew modestly to Rs. 9,496.53 lakhs vs Rs. 9,057.60 lakhs, but net profit dipped ~10% to Rs. 1,676.25 lakhs versus Rs. 1,864.18 lakhs in H1 FY25, mainly due to higher tax outgo and operating expenses. On the balance sheet, short-term borrowings fell sharply from Rs. 1,120.72 lakhs to Rs. 117.05 lakhs, and total equity rose to Rs. 15,146.90 lakhs. The Board also noted the approval (3 October 2025) for sale of Thane land classified as investment property.
Strong Q2 profit growth and a sharp deleveraging signal improving operational health, though weak H1 PAT and a steep drop in operating cash flow (Rs. 13.18 lakhs vs Rs. 957.25 lakhs YoY) temper enthusiasm. The Thane land sale and recently paid Rs. 35/share final dividend may provide near-term support to the stock.
