Uniparts India reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 2,736.45 million for Q1 FY26, up about 4.8% from Rs. 2,611.85 million in Q1 FY25. Consolidated profit after tax jumped to Rs. 344.64 million from Rs. 248.92 million, a growth of roughly 38% year-on-year. Operating margin expanded sharply to 19.11% from 15.98% a year ago, reflecting better cost control. The board declared a second interim dividend of Rs. 8.25 per share (82.5% on face value) with August 14, 2025 as the record date. The statutory auditor S.C. Varma and Co. issued an unmodified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong profit growth and improved operating margins signal healthy business momentum, which should be viewed positively by shareholders. The interim dividend of Rs. 8.25 per share offers near-term income to investors ahead of the August 14 record date.
